This 1977 Cessna 172 Skyhawk II (N734NA) was purchased by Tom in Mesa, Arizona in 1984 and has been a one owner aircraft ever since. He knows it very well. In 1990, the aircraft was repainted and the interior completely replaced. In 1999, the airplane was flown to Kansas and the engine was upgraded from 160 to 180 horsepower, same as in the brand new Skyhawks. The gross weight was also increased by 250 pounds making this a true 4-seat / full tanks aircraft. In 2007 new avionics were added. |
